Below are examples of just some of the questions you’ll need to answer on our or Company Naming Briefing Form, the starting point for your project. The information that you provide will help us develop a great name specifically for your unique business.

 

Consider how you would answer these questions in your actual Client Briefing Form which we will send you with your receipt.

 

1. In a few short sentences describe your company. (We call this your “elevator speech” — describe your company to someone in an elevator before they reach their floor. Short and sweet.):

7. Are there any company name ideas, suggestions, concepts, domain names that you have discussed and rejected?

 

8. Think about the products that you buy and the services that you use in your everyday life. Which company names do you like? What names stand out to you?

 

9. Are there any specific words (or partial words) that must be a part of the company names we develop?

 

10. Are there any specific words (or partial words)that you might like to see included in the company names that we develop?

 

11. Are there any specific words (or partial words) that you do not to see included in the company names that we develop?

 

12. Company Name Types: Please indicate your preference for the types of names that you would like our team to develop for your company. Provide a rating between 1 (very low preference) to 10 (strong preference) for each name type below:

 

Invented/Created Company Names: These company names that are highly brandable and have no inherent meaning.

Example: Ben&Jerry’s
